Noobie question: What software do you use to clean against your suppression and duplicate email list

Hey guys,

I'm new to the mass mailing game and I wanted to know what software do you use to clean your lists against old ones you've emailed and suppression lists.

Any advice is appreciated. thanks!

I'm new to the game too bro. I just use Excel to clean and separate lists from gmail, yahoo, hotmail kinda addresses to domain name addresses. Excel has a duplicate checker as well. Just my 2 cents, I'm no expert either.

im using send safe list manager it can process millions in seconds

scrub, sort , merge, dedupe, split, ban keyword, randomize, ban domains,it can even put seeds and a lot more

with the rareg end program full :)

if someone in the most recent version no virus inside would be great :)

I use sendsafe as well very good soft.

all the most recent versions of this had in many trojan inside if someone in a recent version clean

you can download the latest direct from send-safe.com and use the reg key you have with it.
that key works on all versions. that's what I do on mine. that way you only need to run the .reg file nothing else.

download sendsafe install the trial load it once close it down then double click your .reg or .key file let it install in reg then reload the sendsafe it is now registered.

3ninjaz you metod for new version no working for me :(

metod simple for exel

I'd use Openoffice Calc (free) or Excel (if you're minted)

Sort the list alphabetically, then in the column next to it (Column B most likely) do an "If" command

If A2 = A1;"Duplicate";"Unique"
Then copy column B and paste back over itself as "Value Only"
Then sort by column B alphabetically. This will separate all the dupes from the unique - the delete the block of
duplicates (they will be in one block easy to delete)

Other stuff like sorting my email provider, sporting alphabetically, splitting the list etc. All done in a few
seconds in a spread-sheet. You can even send email from within Excel these days.

Not the idea solution, and there is software out there that will do more for you. But Openoffice is 100% free
and most list manipulation is a cinch once you've cracked 2 or 3 principles.
