Needed some help about application in maxbounty CPA network

Hell Dear sirs,

I have apply as a publisher account in maxbounty CPA Network , but they are rejected my application for further Reason :( and asking to reply me back if I want to appeal this rejection.

I have got this mail from them.

in a country that has an exceptionally high amount of fraud and as
such we reject all affiliate applications from your country.

If you would like to appeal this rejection, please reply to this

Hey criminal, just called them up. Tell them that your application has been rejected, and you really want to join their network and promote their offer. If they ask you what method will you use to promote their offer, tell them you will use mobile ad network like inmobi, mojiva, airpush, google mobile adwords. Mobile offer is hot now and most likely you will get approved, IF you call them directly.
