For solo ads I go to https://udimi.com excellent prices, all sellers rated, shows clicks and where the traffic is coming from... already hot lists, no need for "relationship building"... I've seen it as low as .36$ per click. Good affiliate program too. Signup through the top link, or https://udimi.com/oz9k2 if you want me to get a commission :) Regardless of which link you choose, they are solid.
