Need Website Advice pLEASE!

Hi all.

I'm getting stuck on a small thing that is driving me crazy and would love if someone could help by telling me how to resolve this matter.

I bought a theme from econull and uploaded it with demo content but just below the fold the is the text that I can't seem to edit anywhere and would love some input, please.

The text I can't edit is just below the fold and above the blurbs.

It reads: WE LOVE COUNTRY HOLIDAYS
At vero eos et accusamus et iusto odio dignissimos ducimus qui blanditiis praesentium.

If you do a right-click, inspect element, you'll find the code. If its WP then open up the editor and amend. Sorry if this is vague but without access it's difficult. If you really cant do it somebody on fivver will look at it for a few dollars.

Pardon my ignorance of WP, but if the files containing the message are plaintext files (not compressed), can't you do a folder level search for "WE LOVE COUNTRY HOLIDAYS" and "At vero eos et accusamus"? This would give the filename which contains the text. Open it and edit to your heart's content!

Hi Thanks for the reply, when I right click and inspect element I find the text under the the div class="main_title" but no luck in finding the place to edit it on the website.

Try appearance>themes>customize and see if the text is in a plugin/widget

You either need to open up the editor in WP and edit the themes php directly (sometimes the editor button dissapears, possibly because of permissions, im not an expert).

Or try something like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/string-locator/ - Ive not tried it but it might be a solution for you as you already know how to locate the code.
