Because after when I`m exiting from the program, she is automatically opening IE, shows report. It means need more hosts. I will try add those two hosts tomorrow.

Untick "Show on restart" in HSS so it doesn't autostart when booting up.

Start Manually and run as admin.

If you have upgraded from 3.37 to 3.41 then delete the af_proxy_cmd.exe and run the patch again.
