Well take the drupal platform for example. I can create 1,200 blogs with Xrumer after registering and verifying emails. GSA does like 32 when I feed it the same list. But then again I haven't tried tweaking GSA yet because I'm so new to it.

And for other web 2.0 stuff, SenukeXcr has phenomenal success rates above 90%
