As you can see from their websites, Aliplugin is for affiliate websites and Alidropship (even the name says it) is for dropshipping websites.

I do not run FB ads for my dropshipping stores.

I doubt fb ads will work in 2017. It was ok 1/2 years ago. Maybe if you have a super-targeted market.

I am using many traffic sources - Google Adwords, Instagram ads, Instagram shoutouts, Pinterest. Now I am using FB ads as well.
