Depends what you want to run.
Peerfly has many more email/zip submits. MB has more bizop MB has more offers that accept email traffic PF is ok with iframing Etc, etc. Both have a good rep for paying on time. Join both. They are two of the easiest to get into and are happy to accept newbies. |

Apply to both of them, each one has it's own advantages. You have more options to promote as well.

I have both, but personally like more Peerfly. It has 3x more offers than MB and you can track with 3 subids. MB has only 1 subid. Peerfly was quite easy to approve, they even did not call me to verify my phone number. I think the best is to have both. Why not, it does not cost anything...
