I honestly don't understand why people always dis "aged" methods like this one.
It's a fact that back when the method was 1st introduced, everyone came to know about it after a while so it became a little over-saturated.
So now, after so much time, it would be logical that millions of new people are on the web and they don't know about it. So utilizing it once again would be a definite win!
I myself have been running this method for a few weeks now, I've also twisted it a bit and used a few offers that require credit card payment, and I'm doing great with them!
Once again, it's a fact that this still works, even after so much time.

Anyway, I joined cpalead - can't seem to find any non-premium offers that pay per sign up, only free ipads and that sort of stuff.

Any suggestions?

And are there other cpa networks that are easy to join and have pay per sign up campaigns?

I heard Peerfly and Clickbooth are good but really hard to get in, especially for newbies.
