How you fund and withdraw your funds totally depends on your broker. There isn't a lot of them that use paypal, but most use BTC, Perfect Money, Debit/credit cards, etc. NEWBIES are very welcome mate. I will put you to speed.

Maybe. but they are 2 indicators in 1. Such person can decide to use the other one that works with the trend.
