This one reminds me of Xmails is there a difference?

With xmails the dev stopped allowing a whole bunch
of stuff so I refunded...unsustainable promises

Inboxing rate is going to depend on how you set up your DKIM etc as this service does not include SMTP and you need to get your own SMTP service.
