I agree WITH your PoV. So I have something to share: I use Duration between Two Dates to calculate how long more I have in a period for the refund window, then quote the website when stupid morons claim I'm past the refund guarantee window!

They usually don't argue afterwards.

You can EVEN put in time fields and add a day for the inclusion of the day you purchased a product/service, in order to be wholly and entirely accurate...in case you have belligerent customer service agents who dispute your right to get a refund if their product/service sucks bad and you need your hard-earned money back.
