thanks for this amazing share , i tried some of his meditation but really didnt stick with it .. can u give some guide or tipps on wisch one to start with .. how much time and repetition it takes to see the result .. for ur exeprience

So, I sh*t you not. But in the beginning of the pandemic I did the "generating abundance" meditation. Once every other day. Sometime once every third day for about a month.... VERY shortly after that I landed the highest paying salary job of my whole life.

And although I am not with that company anymore...

I am absolutely convinced that these meditations work.
You just have to be (semi) consistent with them.

LOVE hearing these stories. There is a science behind this and what happened to you. If you haven't already, find the other Joe Dispenza workshops and go through ALL of them. While most are just updates of the past ones with updated information, the value comes from getting new nuggets of knowledge by hearing the same message over and over.
Thanks for the updated meditations. I also do his meditations mixed in with other forms daily.

Well honestly speaking, I just use his principle (Being noboy, no one,nothing, nowhere). Its about being in the present moment. Now.
His principle are solid and based on science. But I don't use his guided meditation or anything. I just use his principle and his meditation as sample. I do my meditation on my one
I would like to suggest you too to use the principle of Dr. Joe dispenza and also use Mystic brain by Dawson Church for maintaining the elevated emotion for entire day. You will find yourself changed within a couple of weeks.
