Linkwheel still works or not ?
For my new website i want to try link wheel , with 30+ wedges
i want to know, after new google updates, would linkwheel work or not. If yes , let me know which sites should i use in which tier i am supposing to do it like this TIER 3 ===> wordpress + weebly TIER 2 ===> blogspot TIER 1 ===> main site and link wheel applied by tier 2 on tier 1 all social bookmarking for tier 1 all link building for tier 2 WOULD IT BE RIGHT TO DO

Yes it still works, but use software like Magic Submitter or SENukeX CR, GSA SER because it is TOO time consuming to do all these.

I think it still works. Link wheel + Good content ==> more effective than just do link wheel.
