I think the OP could have approach this issue in a better way. Look at his PM to me. I think OP should update his sales thread and mention that he does not want newbies money. Disappointed with the way I am being treated as a potential customer trying to inquire before purchasing.

A total of 3 emails were sent. I am sending through my Company email, not spam email. However there is a possibility that your server could have mistake the query as spam and place into junk folder. Such issue could have been easily resolved.

But the way you wrote this email makes me think twice of purchasing anything from your Company. I think you could have politely replied rather than trying to be snobbish. Newbies on this forum or not, I am trying to inquire before making purchases. This is not an issue about newbie or not newbies since anyone would ask for more details before purchasing. In your sales thread, there was no mention about not dealing with Newbies. Maybe you should update it if this is the policy of your Company.

Didn't say anything wrong...We didn't receive any mail in inbox or jun folder,If your email was blacklisted then it would have been rejected by system itself...So Nothing wrong in that..and Yes we think twice before dealing with newbie members,it's a safe practice for keeping paypal account from getting limited and most seller follow that practice
