Firs of all, u are needed to protect urself sir, even with legit licenses u are still screwed if u use other's content.... this just show u are new in YouTube... :(

What is different of this with u using other's people content in the first place as a whole or partial?

YouTube does all the work, try with new channel if u really need clean result to learn.

It takes a while to see traction for new channel since u need it to be recognized by YouTube first as part of certain topic.
