I don't want to bust anyones bubble here, but anyone thinking that they will rank a website purely on the basis on the use of a keyword tool is delusional! Don't believe the hype as all of the other SEO components remain in play... if you know those components, then choosing good keywords is part of the overall seo program - hence, rendering this "tool" useless.
