Is zero page rank websites are helpful in SEO or not?

Many SEO experts said that Google only consider high PR websites so what about zero page rank websites. Little beat or more zero page rank websites are helpful in SEO or not.

What are you talking about here? Do you mean can you rank a site with 0 Pagerank? Or do you mean should you build backlinks on PR 0 websites?

I am ranking on page 1 on Google.com out of 108,000,000 results for a 12 month old site with zero page rank. Most of my inner pages also rank on page 1 or 2. I did no backlinking and very little social media so don`t believe all the crap the "experts" sell as WSO`s or FSO`s. I even beat wikipedia when my site was no 1 for about 4 months.

And guess what?... Adsense still works...

Are you asking if links from 0 PR websites help? The way that I look at it is if Google or whatever search engine is looking at your link building profile is it going to look natural if you only have links from high-pr sites? Probably not, so even if a link has no SEO value it will at least be a good contribution to your link profile.

as a professional SEO consultant ...0 page ranked website can be ok if that site is relevant with your niche.....

for backlinking focus few thing which most of the link builder dont follow.
1.Domain authority............30+
2.page authority ................20+
3.Out boundlink...................less than 100
4.build backlink with relevant website.
5.Always try to use all type of social media website..................it is great source of traffic as well as it will increase your SERP.
