Get VPS hosting and then go to Fiverr and get a email client and software installed
About 40 bucks (with rotating IP is an best option) Then you only have very low monthly VPS bill Do not forget to warm up server first and spam check your email content and clean your list and never ever miss a payment on your VPS. |

Free smtps will send 99% of your emails to the spam folder
