Is TweetPress(e)r worth getting guys?
looks like an interesting piece of software - however I am unsure as to how effective it would be in terms of getting followers. Would setting up rss feeds and tweets based on reddit/keywords automatically get you lots of followers? I doubt it but am willing to be convinced by my bh brothers.

Isnt there a plugin that does the same thing for free by Nextscripts? its similar I guess but doesnt do retweets and takes more setting up

@Darko, not exactly. Nextscripts SNAP will simply do new post notifications on various social networks.
