I'm wanting to see the explanation of the BSO clarified.

The value says FE, OTO1 but further down the links are as follows:

The problem I am having is that only one of those links is OTO1. The second link is actually OTO2.

Are you saying you are including OTO2 but you didn't include it in the value section of the BSO?

Please clarify.
