This is a WIP, images coming soon.

You have to register 108 domain names, and for each of the tier one Web 2.0 sites redirect three of the domain names.

I can confirm this works great. Not with all the tiers GSA contextual blast also does the trick. But it's always safer to build buffer sites. Manipulating DA/PA is very easy and effective to power up your money sites.

The GSA blast can be avoided, it's just to give a little extra juice if you're not using expired domains or Web 2.0s. It's cheap enough that you should use it anyway, there's no risk to your site.
