Im stuck with creating backlinks, advice needed

Hi, so I recently purchased SB and VPS for it, I have cracked Senuke and 19$ left, but no idea what to do with them...
I made like 15k blog posts to my site, but no more, because its not very smart and my site could get deindexed.
But now I dont know what to do, im stuck, really stuck, nothing besides that to do in internet and i just keep staring at my desktop...
I have 2 professional websites created with domains, keywords like 40k and 15k exact searches per month and like zero competition.
Main question would be, on which sites i blast backlinks wiht scrapebox, what do i do with senuke, like forum profiles and stuff, but directly to website wouldnt be so smart, so im freakin stuck . I mean backlink strategys or just I have no idea what to do...
I would really appreciate help or suggestions...

make tier backlink .
1st tier - Forum , High PR .edu , article directories
2nd tier ( make a backlink for the 1st tier backlnk )
such as 30k blog comment ..

It need time before you can see the results .

Sure you helped, but a few questions more, i need some amount for tier 1...
Like 300 forums, 100 blog posts and 50 article directories is about what im thinking of, i can ofcourse do a lot more of those, just thinkn of what would be normal, im thinkin about adding my 5 blogs to first tier and then boost them blogs with scrapebox... And second tier maybe 30k blog comments for each as you said, ofcourse some pinging and indexing for some of those, pff, its the weakest link in the chain, and chain is only as strong as the weakest link, lol. But because of that i chose easy keywords with no competition and 15 and 40k per month only, my on page seo and things like that, are seriously good, so now i guess its time to start mastering seo for what it is, but its complicated, all those different backlink sources and stuff, like which ones should i use for 1st tier, only forum profiles, high pr blog posts and article directories?

Also I wanted to add why im sweating for this so much is because i'm afraid of getting my page deindexed :D

I'm not so sure for that . But i'll recommend you to use high PR forum , High PR article directories ,High PR .edu and .gov

You can make it 2-4 tier. it's up to you but make sure the highesr PR is in the 1st tier :)
