There are people on BBHF who don't read past the original post. They're the ones who mimic others with "please re-up" on threads that are several years old and wonder why no one delivers what they're asking for.

I read post #8 and I wanted to confirm that Amazon purchased IVONA and the service is no longer available. So I did a Google search for IVONA and found a Reddit post from 2021 that confirmed that.

I'm not sure that this forum will block a link to a post on Reddit (another forum) but I'll try posting it below.

But anyway, that Reddit write-up says this...

Amazon bought the IVONA text-to-speech software in 2013 and after 4 years of Beta testing, they announced that Amazon Polly will replace IVONA Speech Cloud Beta service. The IVONA Speech Cloud Beta service was deprecated (a highfalutin word to mean disapproved of or rejected) on June 30, 2017 and all IVONA Development stopped in favor of the paid Amazon Polly Cloud Service as of January 2017. IVONA is an old version of Polly.

If the link is blocked, you can search Google for it yourself. The keywords I used were: IVONA TTS download.

Look for the same Reddit link I found; it shows up as the 2nd entry in the first-page results. Hover your mouse over the link and the title in the task bar of your screen should show as a link to the Reddit website with this title: TTS Ivona TTS Engine Collections 2021.

NOTE: Please read over the instructions as many times as you need to understand them before going forward with the installation. I have not yet attempted to install the software or voice files, so I will not be able to provide assistance if you run into any problems.

I am only passing along links and information I found elsewhere in an effort to help. I also suggest you run a local or Virus Total scan on the download before using them.
