IS SQUIDOO A JOKE ?

Hi friends, I've learned a few tricks on here and went out to try them for the sake of "act right now". I decided to try the "Squidoo lens + Amazon" thing and created a lens on upcoming games of 2013, inserted related amazon links and finished my lens yesterday and went to bed. When I woke up this morning, I went to my pc to check it out but the lens was unpublished. Though it was all self-written content(Actually spend a week on it), I got an email about "duplicated content" as well. Which seems to be generated automatic. The only duplicated content might be the game or console names, or the title. For me, this experience show that you should never put much effort on websites which you don't own. Use it, if they offer some value to you but never take the risk to lose your effort in there. What do you think? Do you? or how do you benefit from such websites ? |

May be its because you made the lens too 'spammy'... Spammy lens/articles get unpublished on squidoo and also on Hubpages!!
