There are lots of opinions for and against hypnosis.
Hypnosis does have the ability to help with many types of subjects, including hair growth, breast enlargement and etc. Some individuals have even increased their height by using hypnosis. All hypnosis really is communicating with your subconscious mind. Once your subconscious mind decides/accepts that something is "True", it will cause it to happen. Cure cancer, it has been done with hypnosis. The only real problem is actually doing the hypnosis properly, and long enough for changes to take place. If an individual doesn't believe hypnosis will work, than in will NEVER work in their lives. It is my view that hypnosis is a valid and important tool in self-improvement, others think it is a joke or scam. The only way to really know for sure for YOURSELF, is to try it for yourself. If you are curious, maybe you could pick something simple, try that, and if you have success, you could try something else. Something to think about. Mushin |
