RE: HypnoNLP. Please stop posting.
QUICK EDIT- I just read jforall's post. I agree. Totally. I've checked out a couple of those courses, and yeah, like I said- "pulp fiction" being cranked out. They are repetitious and it is distasteful to realistic courses. Still doesn't mean we should censor threads on courses.

RE: HypnoNLP. Please stop posting.
As it has been pointed out , the OP is free to express his opinion, that is shared apparently, but I highly doubt the poster ( only in the assumption that he is the instructor, highly suggestive name: hypnoNLP) would listen, why would he? after all he is mass producing his courses at a phenomenal rate, all these efforts must be paying out big time on Udemy, since the factory is still running at full speed. Now is auto-hypnosis, autosuggestion and NLP for almost every situation in life ( including....cataract) that useful? Some people swear by it, some call it horseshit, to each his own. I get the OP's request, but It boils down to this: you like the course take it, you don't: take another one, of course when you can find it the in pile of the hypnosis courses. :)

Is it just me, or is anyone else getting tired of HypnoNLP spamming this section with hypnosis courses? If you have a problem, he's bound to have a course on how you can solve it with hypnosis! Your dog died? Bring it back with hypnosis. Have cancer? Hypnotize yourself so that you don't have cancer! Please tell me it's not just me that is getting annoyed by the frequency of his posts of a new hypnosis course that can cure you of some problem that you have.
HEY NEWBIE F?CKOFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you do not like a course than do not click on it. We all want the choice that instructors give us. Stick to the rules of this forum. YOU TOO!!!!!!!!!!! |

... although I enjoy NLP as a science style, these strew of courses do hinge on the edge of fictional impossibilities. so yeah, rolling my eyes at them a lot recently. ...
In a joking way I too tried to point out what you are calling him out on. I suggested his next topic be "how to mow your lawn using powers of hypnosis" In fairness though, let the author fade into irrelevancy on his own if he truly wants to reach snake oil salesman status. |
I've just joined recently, I plan on sharing in the future. If this is how you treat newbies, I'm not sure I want to share anything with you.
And to everyone that's accused me of promoting censorship. I'm not. I was just expressing my opinion and requesting that he please stop posting. But apparently, other people find value in what he posts, so he should continue. I was just asking if it was just me who sees no value in his posts. The amount of defensiveness and attacks I'm getting from people is off-putting.

although this is NOT a 'discussion' forum, I will weigh in my 2 cents (Man, I hope it ain't long...) On one part I agree with freedumb123, there are alot of them suddenly being mass produced, but it doesn't matter whose posting them (hypnonlp is probably the pulp creating instructor, hence the constant posts ). And although I enjoy NLP as a science style, these strew of courses do hinge on the edge of fictional impossibilities. so yeah, rolling my eyes at them alot recently. BUT there's another part which agrees with the other commenters. This IS a forum for sharing udemy courses, regardless of the subject matter of a course. I can guarantee there are members (family) here gobbling it up and practically pi$$ing themselves over them. Who are WE to deprive THEM of their interests? I like to sleep in, but my little brother likes to get up early to play. That doesn't mean I should lock him in his room until I feel like getting up at noon, now does it? And finally, a little tough love - HEY BUDDY ! YEAH, YOU FREEDUMB123 ! YOUR NEW HERE, SO DON'T BE THINKING YOU CAN WALTZ IN HERE AND START RALLYING UP MEMBERS OF THIS FAMILY BY DICTATING YOUR FREAKING OPINION !!!! HYPNONLP is just as new, and he came here to share. KUDOS ! that's the point of our little circle here. And your contribution is ..... ...group hate? dictatorship? new leader? Get to be a veteran before throwing opinions around, buddy. and while I'm at it... your username- freeDUMB... would of come across amusing, but after you created this thread, it strikes me as ironically disturbing, distasteful, and borderline offensive. How's THAT for an opinion? You still think people's personal opinions should be exercised around here? (yeah, I made it long. darn it )
No where did I suggest that HypnoNLP be censored. I think you've read too much into things. There's a big difference between asking someone to please stop posting and forcing someone to stop posting.
