How to improve SERP on Search Engine

i have a little problem with SERP.. i'm done with backlink technique.. i order service from SEOclercks.com/..

and now my url not index well on google.. the SERP in down, also the Rank Alexa is down in my country..

what must i do for improving my website.?

Dissarov links from SEO Clerks, read alot about SEO here and make quality links, I do Local SEO, oh and make sure what you read is current, pengiun + hummingbird slapped lots of sites.
Top tips:
Ensure all content is very very unique, no auto spinning text ever, self spun text is alright after tear 1 links.
Get links on sites with relevancy to niche
Scrapebox = best investment ever.

I agree with Chrissy, don't rely on people from SEOClerks and Fiverr to do SEO for your site because all they do is blast links, which may have resulted in a penalty for your site. Read some basic SEO books here and do it yourself.
