If you want to get Your Site in Google First Page, You need to do the following Steps:

1. Create Unique Site Title, Description, and Low Competition Keyword
2. Make at least

a. 15 PR8-PR3 Web 2.0 Properties each have
contextual LlNKs to your site
b. 60 Up to PR4 Article Directories

3. Juice all LlNKs with 2000 high trusted social
bookmarks

4. Create atleast 40,000 SEO Live blog Comment Backlinks Scrapebox linkjuice

5. Create atleast 800 edu High Quality SEO Backlinks

After doing these Basic SEO, Hope you will get after 1-2 months your Website will be in First Page.

Actually I would only do 2A for my money site. All the rest is for tier 2 or 3 strategies or Google will penalize you if you perform OP's ideas to your money site.
