Welcome to the second Section of “How to find your Valentine in 21 Days”! This section is all about feeling ok with yourself, accepting yourself and be who you are! However, it’s also about recreating yourself, by learn to love and care about yourself. When you care about someone, you want to provide this person with only the best… everything! You want this person to feel loved and have whatever he or she needs. From now on you will treat yourself the same way! This means that you will no longer ignore your body’s needs. You will devote a certain amount of time to please your physical and mental obligations. Nowadays, we often forget about our own needs. This leads to an unhealthy way of living, such as a terrible diet and other devastating for the body lifestyle habits (smoking, falling asleep too late so the brain does not get to rest etc). This way, it’s like showing our mind and bodies no respect and no love. And how can we love another person when we do not love ourselves? In order to be ready to love someone else, and be loved, you need to embrace yourself first! In this section we will go through basic nutrition and detox stuff and how to show your body you love it! You may be wondering, did I buy a nutrition course here? NO! But if you really want to drive changes in your personal life, you need to transform yourself first, and learn how to respect yourself! Otherwise it will not be possible for you to love another person and have a healthy relationship, and will be impossible for another person to love you. A lot of women trying to build a relationship when having a low self esteem and no respect for themselves. When you underestimate yourself, it is inevitable to let other people in your life treat you like they want, not like you DESERVE! But if you are confident enough about your personal value, you will be able to set some right limits on what kind of treatment is right for you, and what kind is not. We will talk more about setting boundaries in interpersonal relationships later in this course. By eating unhealthy foods, bad carbs (sweets and cakes) and fast food, you definitely do not respect yourself. We will talk about the right kind of nutrition in the next couple of lectures and you will understand what I mean. My aim is not to make you hungry all the time, nor to create a permanent feeling of craving. It is to make you realize that you no longer crave the bad nutrition. Simply because you love you and you want YOU to treat YOU right! It might seem a little strange that I included information about nutrition in this course, but believe me, changing your diet will be a game changer for how you see yourself and cope with interpersonal relationships! We will also go through specific fitness tips that will rejuvenate your body. This program is not about losing some extra pounds. It’s about make you and others love you! Maybe before starting to date guys, you should spend some time alone to reconsider a lot of things going on in your life right now. This may be also a part of your transformational experience. So take your time if you feel like it. I will provide a lot of other techniques on mind shifting in this section besides nutrition and exercise. So, when you will feel completely transformed, we will move into the next section. Your goal will be to achieve a completely new state of mind towards men. If you follow through all my guidelines step by step, you won’t have to even try in order to attract a man you like. He will come by himself and he will not be the only one. You will find yourself in a position to choose between multiple desired options. And that is, because you will become the Alpha female. The one all men want to have by their sides! Another significant chapter is the delicate balance between being a feminine, sensitive being and having some male like characteristics like running a successful business and maintain a high income year by year. Men often feel castrated by an active, independent woman, but they do respect her at the same time.
