I have VidIQ but I find it quicker to just use the right click, view source method.
However, once I have pressed rather Ctrl+F, I type "keyword" into the search box. Then I look for the second instance that the search finds...not the first. The reason is that the first instance of keywords that the search returns, does not often include all the keywords/tags used. They can be truncated. Clicking the down arrow to get the second search for "keyword", will show all the keywords used.

These are the ways to find the tags in YouTube video. Here I will mention the process for finding the video tags.

Go to the video page using Chrome or Firefox.
After that, right-click the page and select View Source.
Once view source page has appeared, hit Ctrl + F and search for the keywords in the source code.
This will take you to a list of the tags which is used on that Youtube video.
