How much backlinks daily are enough!

Hello Seniors!

Really I'm in trouble. I read in a thread making daily backlinks (blog commenting, and forum not profiles) in could ban domain in google. After that reading I stop backlinking and do backlinks in 2or 3 times in a week. but i observe in google webmaster tool that my ranking is decrease, with also loss of huge figures of impressions

Please help me to optimization of domain in accurate manner

Be consistent and persistent in backlining daily. Depends on a keyword that you target. Up to 100 backlinks in a day. Make sure to diversity backlink kinds and also anchor texts because of Penguin algorithm.

Quality will ALWAYS out perform quantity.....

you could get 1 million backlinks a day for a year and still find yourself at the bottom of Google's sh*t pile! Quality links pointing to quality sites is how your going to rank long-term. If you spam the crap out of your links, they may provide a very temporary SE boost, but once Google catches up and changes its algorithm again, you'll find yourself back here in 1 year asking the same question....

I would take 10 quality links over 1000 crap links any day of the week!

Never .. This is the most legit way to make your rank higher .. 10 Social bookmarking , 10 blog comment and 10 forum posting will be good enough ..

i think just 30-40 quality backlink per day..
