How much Posts Per Day?
I wanted to ask that how much posts per day should i do on my blog? i am afraid that as creating too much backlinks gets per day gets your site sandboxed,I wanted to know that does the same matters with posts?

I agree with quality over quantity. The more posts you have indexed, the more traffic it will bring to your site. However, search engines give more weight on quality content, and readers will like it better too. Good content will keep your readers wanting more and wish to come back, but too many may sway them away. Keep it balanced and make sure that each post counts.

I do 40 post in total .. 10 SB, 10 Blog posting, 10 Forum posting and 10 web 2.0 .... Sometime a few rss feed posting .. And my site is ok ..
