How and in which section i should post my service thread?

I am a developer and have an expertise in making automated tools. I am looking for some help as i exactly don't know in which section i should post my service thread here on BBH. What are the requirements and norms..etc.

Please help me out... I am coming soon with few marvelous automated tools.
