There's plenty of software that shows how well on-site SEO is done for a site, or how many backlinks a site has. You have to format it yourself though.

If you have a credit card you can get 30 days free from seomoz, ravenseo or spydermate. These are my FAVORITE tools and I highly recommend them. Also there is http://www.link-assistant.com/ Hope this helps!

What do you use for finding out what keywords and your site is ranking for. Is traffic travis worth using? (I have a vps with it already loaded)

I suggest IBP too but it needs to be modified by yourself too if you want to share it with others. But it calculates many things on a web page and you can start with it.
