How To Email To Wordpress Website Users?

Does anyone knows a safe way How To Email To Wordpress
Website Users (subscribers)? If i use the email option in wordpress
these emails usually goes to spam folders for most email providers.
Further more a good portion of these emails are useless emails from
throw away email sites. How do i clean up this email list in wordpress?

If you're getting people to sign up to your WordPress website, then you should start blocking registrations from disposable email addresses. Try this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/block-disp...addresses/

To send the emails, a third-party SMTP service will deliver your emails (as long as you're not spamming). Most email providers have WordPress plugins. I use MailJet on my websites and it works flawlessly.

Unsolicited Advertisements through Telefon and Email are strictly forbidden here in Germany. If one makes that I tell him, give me your adress, and so on..., and I go to my Lawyer! (I dont do it, but can tell him!)

Thats why the 2 optin for email is LAW here.

In USA and UK is not forbidden?? So I can make much Ads there! ? Great!!!
In which countrys more it is allowed?

It's pretty much forbidden in all developed countries and also in a lot of developing countries. If you plan to spam, you have to assume that what you're doing is illegal so you better be careful and protect yourself.
