This is a pretty good manual with photographs. It shows you how to bulk up with bodyweight exercises. It also covers nutritional tips.

I like this manual because it's straightforward and easy to understand. I like the section that teaches you how to exercise with chairs. These exercises have helped me big time!

Again, reading this manual will not help if you are not willing to do the exercises. It's just that simple! Just my two cents....

The link is working. If you are using a VPN Solidfiles won't come up.

You will have to turn it off to download and then turn it back on.
