[Help] Noob Tutorium

I had since 2004, 5 websites and they grow up like a big three!
i never spend time in seo and my websites where ever on top 1 in google
with an good page rank and one of them wird over 20.000 registered User and all aktive.

Now i want to come back and want to build my new website idea and baaam im on page 2 on google _:D wtf??
Im ill from work and i had 2 weeks time to learn Seo and dow its fridy i had 9 vip-Programms on my pc and dont
understand anything.

The reasson why i post this.. is that i want to know what is seo (realy)
im frustrated :D:D
[i had senuke, backlinkbeast, GSA SRA, slr , website auditor, msvb, link assistent , seo spyglass, ranktracker and a bit more..]



My question:
ok im a noob but its really soooo hard to learn this seo shit???
I dont know why im PR0 and on page 2 on google, i adveriseted on google but nothign happened no User will
great a account on my page.

xD good that i be a bit drunk then so i can tell you my problem.


NOW, i think i will pay for a good service if anyone can help me or can tell me a good seo pro im appreciative.
