Help Me ! Wp-Settings.php fatal error.

I address my site wp-settings.php error has occurred.

for example.

When http://www.xxxxx.com/wp-settings.php address

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'ABSPATHwp-includes/load.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in



This error comes. How can I fix it or can show a blank page.

Sounds like a bad theme, reload the theme (FTP) or change theme,check for missing files also.

I'm starting directly from the WordPress cPanel. Gives the error without installing anything. no theme, no plugins. As I started going out this error.
