[Help] (Get) Meta tag optimization for On-Page SEO

Can anybody help me with this meta code?.. My website address is: http://www.bestaffordableseocompany.com I need to put this script in my index file.. but don't understand clearly how to implement my url within this script.. I'm getting problem with below code actually:

can anybody tell me: Is it necessary to put my URL in these lines? or if I paste all the code of this script in my index file without any changes, is that okay?

it's not a blogger template, it's seo meta tag for blogger blogspot webistes.....i provided this bcoz you posted blogger template code...
you cant use this in php website.....PM me Website Link Will suggest best tools or meta tags for SEO
