Rainbow Healing from Leaky Gut...Simplified.
This subject was brought to mind tonight after noticing a share made by our own wonderful StillStanding of 'Leaky Gut Protocol', here:

This is a subject that I view as near and dear because it has already been dealt with successfully by me, for myself, and with great results.

There is much background and related info to go with this, but as the title says, this is a simplified version that does NOT require hundreds of pages to describe in endless detail, so here is the 1st very important FACT:

The standard American diet (SAD) leads directly to leaky gut and all its attendant inflammations.

Here are the most common causes:

1 - What we know of as 'wheat' which has not actually been REAL wheat for many decades;

2 - Sugars, which our bodies cannot handle well and which put any damaging conditions into overdrive;

3 - Junk foods which are loaded with toxicity;

4 - Soft drinks, which are all just bottled up chemical shitstorms;

5 - Cow products, as for most folks they are incredibly difficult to digest with parts that actually cannot digest at all for a great many folks.

Relating with all the above is that most folks (especially here in the US) cannot even remember when they were far more energetic and did NOT feel mildly lousy most of the time as well as the unavoidable weight problems which so many struggle endlessly against.

This all has just become the accepted facets of 'adulthood' - and is also 100% WRONG.

Healing from leaky gut can restore folks to a forgotten energy level as well as leading to weight loss and huge decreases of the inflammations which have become too normal for most folks.
I say that because I've shared this info with friends who have tested this stuff for themselves and also got great results.

The simple formula I used goes like so=>
Start with a 2 week test which can be extended when good results are obtained - and yes, they can be seen and felt that quickly.

Here are my own 2 best BAD examples:

- Favourite snack of a blueberry muffin;
The ONLY mildly good ingredient there are the several tiny blueberries, all else is unhelpful to our bodies and as such this was left behind ~10 years ago;

- Favourite dinner of well buttered pasta.
No other way to say it except how Dr. William Davis says it in 'Wheat Belly'; The perfect, chronic poison.
Also left behind around the same time.

In addition to eliminating the bad stuff listed above, what accelerates the healing is the simple addition of this stuff every single day:

I started using it by dropping a tablespoon of it into a few ounces of water, agitating the glass to mix it up, and just swallowing it down.

It is quite tasteless, cheap and after working up to 3 tablespoons every morning I found that it brings me amazing benefits.

There are other things which can be done, but just trying out the stuff I've listed here is enough to bring visible, obvious health and stamina gains very quickly.

When I was shockingly (for me) overweight - ditching the sugars had me easily loosing ALL the excess weight practically effort-free and very quickly.

Years later, when I tested the wheat-free idea, I lost the other 20+ pounds I'd forgotten about after my 2 week 'test' and thus chose to stay off the wheat from then onward.

Lastly I wish to point out some concerns about the RS content of the BRM product, as mentioned in the comments below the info linked above;
The comments by Megan Nichols and Chris Kresser are the most important to check out.
An excerpt from that last comment:

Excellent info @smithnowt and thanks for sharing your experiences.

I suffered some serious health issues a few years back caused by almost the same culprits and by cutting them out I managed to restore my health.

I dare to say that a lot of the health issues we all suffer from today can be attributed to the dwarf wheat of today, the processed chemical crap Nestlé, Unilever, Kraft-Heinz and Co call "food" and the sugar they put into literally everything! Luckily I never been big on soft drinks and handle cow products pretty well.

Since I also believe they and other globalists (I'm looking at you Psychopath Gates) are behind the whole #bigreset these companies are on my boycott list.

@Tara and Anyone else who may be interested:
Rather like yourself, it has been important to me to learn how NOT to be ill endlessly.
My journey towards better health was also forced by the 'gift' of illness pre-birth from a mother who lost her life to said illness when I was just 11 y/o.

That many decades ago no thought was ever given to such situatioms (yet) so I was totally on my own in trying to figure out how to get better from chronic bouts of illness.

It took me until I was ~30 y/o to realize that the dr. folks had NEVER been any help to me.
Their last proclamation to me was that I'd be a 100% insulin dependent diabetic in under 6 months.
That was IT for me and it was time to quit listening to those profiteers.

Its been over 30 years since that day and I've NEVER used any insulin stuff at all.
I also lost the excess weight very easily by eliminating the main sources of the problems.

Tara has VERY wisely pointed at detoxification here.

It is very difficult for most folks here in the US to accept that their groceries come from stores which are stocked with as much as 90% highly toxic stuff - and that most of what is 'normal' is within that category.

My personal example:
I grew up wolfing down as much double cheeseburgers, chocolate milkshakes and fries as I could get my hands on and stuff into my big, fat mouth;
I could also easily suck down a full quart of icecream - anytime.

Rewards from that silly lifestyle were overweight, blood sugar trouble, asthma, chronic bronchitis, endless sinus infections and tinnitus.

Since detoxifying, all of that misery is long gone except for the tinnitus, which has reduced - and=>
None of my 'cures' made use of ANY pharma garbage at all.

Nowadays when I do the marketing it always astounds me to see what 'normal' folks are buying vs. how most of that toxic krap is not in my cart at all.

Live and learn I say...the alternative is to suffer - and why would anyone want that ??

It astounds me that folks here don't get excited about 100% free info which may help them hugely with this very common and largely unknown health problem.
