Tomblack has refunded me because he was unable to provide me the Netflix account after he made me try two logins. I did not get the full amount I paid him ($4.50) due to Paypal fees that he did not take into account. I accepted the refund all the same just not to waste anymore time with this issue.
He took a wise decision and this way he showed he was a decent person: he did not keep money he didn't deserve.
To all members that think of doing business with Tomblack: take into account that he may ask you to try several usernames and passwords and you may be wasting your time. You may get the final working account or not. In the end, he may have to refund you. This is something he will have to change in his "rules". No way anyone with common sense will accept having to try several logins, perhaps get one valid and then lose access perhaps a few days later and have to wait for another access account. It's not a logical way of selling these accounts.
