Hi let me join too. I can attest to the fact that the X3host guys are CRAB and they dish out CRAP. All con. I would NEVER TRUST them for one cent.

Yeah i have had major issues too and moved away... funny i moved to a guy who was scammed by X3 Host and he did the same to me.... be careful with X3 Host offer

I purchased their offer awhile back.
These guys are scumbags!

After a month I realized their servers and service are crap - it can take days for them to answer emails and in several cases weeks - after repeated emails sent on my part.

I did not ask for a refund, way past the 30 days, but just moved on, I did ask them to close my account as I would not be using their service. And did not use it.

A year later they charged me for another year's service. I repeatedly let them know I was not using their service and wanted a refund - they dragged it on and refused, saying I was their customer.

I tried to fight it -but something in their TOS gave them the edge with Paypal.

So now I'm out $70

A few months ago I got another bill from them trying to automatically renew the yearly charges. Fortunately, I blocked their company and Paypal and my credit card refused payment.

They offer a link to ' good reviews' - well I posted back there awhile back and guess what? My review was deleted.

Do not trust these guys with your financial information. They are liars and cheats.

:UCKY ONLY WASTED 1mth WITH THEM, THERE IS NO FP ACCESS IN CPNEL.....RIDICULOUS, took me 4.5hrs to upload a PHP script using 'File Manager' in the browser LOL.... DINOSAUAR HOSTING!!!

Yep.
I tested this service myself.
Very few are worse than this one.

Apparently they think that denying downtimes and errors makes them go away, and that it is 100% fine to outright lie to paying clients about any and everything.
