[HELP] Text to speech engine question

I've found a service (VMarketerPro) that has a great text to speech engine, but the video creation part is lacking.

Do you guys know what software or service they may use for that part?

not really clear what you are wanting. you want a better text to speech program or you want to create a video after you have the voice over.....
