[HELP NEEDED] LOCAL BUSINESS SEO

Hello fellow blackhatters!
Happy new year to everybody!

I need some serious guidance on the following subject.
I currently own a local business website for my father's little business (cleaning services)
My site is built in wordpress with all content being written in the greek language.
It ranks well for some main keywords but well is not enough for now...i really need to smash the competition even if i have to
pay for ads,backlinks etc...I MEAN I NEED TO BE No1...(we need conversions to have work for my dad)
It uses an oudated nulled theme as i've stated here (http://bestblackhatforum.com/Thread-Ques...ge-and-SEO)
My competition is mainly directory sites with ads for other businesses... No SEO'd...just strong websites

So let's make it clear...
Shall I build a new one with under different domain? Shall i make the current one better? It doesn't have any backlinks but i can't lose all my daily visits...

I need some careful and tested advice...
Can anyone give me a link or a book to follow ?

It doesn't matter if it is white or black hat...I just have to succeed and succeed fast...

You know it's not 1999 anymore, right ajitav?

But George your best bet is to build citations from authority sites pointing to your main site. And point lots of teir 2 links to the citation sites.
