I believe they only provide VCC. right
But I need VBA (bank account) to withdraw the fund. :'(..

FWIW, I know that when Paypal does a bank transfer, it does NOT send the account holder's name to the receiving bank - all it sends is the recipient's account numbers (i.e. bank and account reference), the amount and a reference number.

I found this out when I accidentally linked a personal bank checking account in my own name to one of my company Paypal accounts in a different company name - I could send and receive money with no problems at all!

So as long as a bank account actually exists and you can verify it by confirming the test deposit Paypal makes, you should be able to use any American bank account.

Finally, you've said you opened a Phillipines Paypal account for somebody else "Because some of my country's people asked me to do so". This does smell of fraud to anyone with half a brain cell, so it's only fair you split the $432 with whoever helps you out on this one.

Without access to a bank account, you'll never get a penny of the $432. So it seems morally right for whoever helps you to get the money to receive $200 for their troubles, with you getting the remaining $232 balance. Anything less and it just isn't worth the risk.
