[ HELP ] ILance 4 - Errors and Bugs

First Error : auction photo attachment is not working.
i'm getting the following error "SyntaxError: Unexpected token " as you can see on the picture below pic-1, but i can see all the pictures under the Attachment Manager pic-2

Second Error :
Alignment under the My Accounts, as you can see the picture below borders are not around the contents and i cann't able to click some of those options because of DIV borders top of the text.

when I finished the Ilance 4 installation I received that message 'Fatal: The installation folder still exists. Please remove or at least rename the installer script within the installation folder'. So when I delete tha folder installation I received that message: Database error The database has encountered a problem. How could I fix it?
