Got question about those Subliminal Audios

I have seen a lot of subliminal audios here, thanks to Mr. Slender Man for fulfilling the requests.
but I'm not quite sold on it. I don't get how it works or even heard reviews of people who say it has worked for them.
Has anyone in this forum tried it, and what's their experience like?
It also has many warnings and caution labels, so I'm a bit scared too.
i m interested in your experience how you tried ?, are you willing to check it out ?, or its just some woo woo ting.

My best and totally honest answer has 2 parts...

1 - When I was much younger due to single parenthood and job demands I had to make do with ~4 1/2 hours of sleep 5 or 6 days per week.

At 1st that schedule killed me - then I found (on cassette) a sleep reduction subliminal.
Playing that on a simple portable cassette player helped me immensely.

So - was it just me getting used to my schedule...wishful thinking...or real ??

In that situation I'll stick with -real-.

2 - Since getting older I've tried a bunch more from different sources over time with either minimal or zero results.

BUT=>
My hearing loss has gotten seriously worse, so this could be a result of that problem.

As to how they work...
They are just suggestions, affirmations, etc. hidden within music or other soundtracks.

Could they be harmful ??

I guess so - but I personally don't know anyone who has gone on any kind of criminal spree after using these things.

Bottom line IMO:
They work about as well as the LOA stuff, praying or anything else promising effortless life improvements - sometimes yes, sometimes no.

If anyone works obsessively to attain any goal, they'll likely get results - with or without these kinds of tools.
