Guys depends its not a mathimatical process you know they want to know if you are real person, which country you are (if you are from india pakistan etc....) you probaby get rejected since they tend to do scamy stuff. Tell them your budget. Nevet say email list never never ever.... coz immidiatelly they think that you gonna spam people. Never say incentivize. Just say ppc fbppc and banners (display advertising). Website create a blogger acc and tell them that you dont have an active website in the more comments when you fill your application... i had 7-8 in diff networks and i rejected from neverblue. So its not a mathimatical process but if you do the above you have 90-95% to get approved....... if you like it or find any value rep me lol.... just kidding
