REVIEW - used legit version:

Went through the training and it is not good as it seems.

Mailchimp:
When new members register they don't even need to confirm their email since they can login straight away with their user/pass - altough the confirmation will be on email waiting. I used Mailchimp to test it and with their free plan requires double-optin for users to be on your list so you are dependant on if the user goes to his email and optins. With Aweber you can do single-optin no problem and get users instantly on your list when they sign up as new users.

Plugin:
The Member Settings "require email confirmation" doesn't do anything, there is no list que like in training video and the users who register can only add content to the topic that admin set up. Also Users can't post their full list posts like i belived in first place, rather they can post pieces of content(img/video at a time) which then administrator selects to insert when creating his list post. I also find it annoying that when user posts his content ,administrator can't fast delete it so it stays until you publish the post and then delete it. As admin you need to create few topics first so the Users don't get msg "No Topics To Post" when they hit the submit posts button.

There isn't much room to experiment with and it's just creating List Posts with videos/images from web and getting users to help you do that (but one user can submit infinite img/posts and potentialy overflood your topic area and you having no way to delete that content before you publish it).
